Dear Friend,

Danielle Theis is the Owner of Your Best You in Rapid City, SD. She is certified as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, a Transformational Nutrition Coach, and a Personal Trainer, and is also a Quantum Energetics Structured Therapy Practitioner.  Her personal journey began with an interest in fitness (after a lifetime of never being good at sports, and happily finding there was another “route” to physical fitness), but a discouraging diagnosis lead her to dig further into her own condition and how to reverse it.
